Empress Rising is designed as an eight-week journey for girls aged 11 to 14. Two age-matched pathways share a confidence-and-resilience foundation, while short learning, practical tools, optional connection and parent guidance give the ideas room to matter in everyday life.
An age-matched pathway
The eight shared pillars are taught with language and examples shaped for ages 11 to 12 or 13 to 14.
Seven focused conversations
Each week is designed around seven short episode ideas. The lesson films are not presented here as already playable.
Tools that leave the screen
Small prompts and practical experiments are designed to help her try an idea in her own world.
Explore beyond the lesson
Stories, role models and thoughtful questions can open up curiosity without turning it into another test.
Connection without performance
Optional age-matched Circle conversations, when offered, can make room to listen or join in without pressure.

Allison Stummer founded Empress Rising to help girls build real confidence in their voice and the resilience to meet life's messy, brilliant moments without shrinking themselves.
For more than 20 years, Allison has worked alongside young women. Empress Rising is psychology-informed education and practical mentoring, not therapy, diagnosis, counselling, or crisis care.
