Inside Empress Rising

More than a lesson. A way to grow into her own voice.

An eight-week confidence and resilience journey, made for the real questions girls carry into friendships, family life and the moments in between. There is room for a parent to be alongside her without taking the journey over.

  • 8 weeks
  • 7 short episodes each week
  • 2 age-matched pathways
  • Parent partnership

The experience around the lessons

Small things she can take into real life.

The program is designed around short learning, real-world practice and space to make sense of what matters to her. The shape is intentional; it is not a claim that private lessons or downloads are ready today.

A little learning at a time

The weekly design breaks big ideas into short, focused episodes with age-tailored words and examples.

Ways to try it for herself

Practical tools and small experiments are designed to turn a good idea into something she can practise in everyday life.

Curiosity beyond the lesson

Watch & Explore prompts can open up a wider conversation through stories, role models and questions worth sitting with.

Room to choose

She can approach the ideas in her own way. Care, privacy and a trusted person outside the screen matter as much as the learning.

The program rhythm

A week has a shape. She makes it her own.

This is how a week is designed to come together, not a view of a live student account or an active Circle.
  1. Notice

Meet an idea in short, focused learning, in language that fits her stage.

  2. Try

Take a small tool or question into a friendship, a family conversation or a quiet moment.

  3. Return

Bring what she noticed back to a trusted conversation and find the next small step.

The important part is what happens beyond a lesson.

Two pathways, one shared foundation

The same eight pillars. A different conversation at each age.

Ignite and Ascend share the confidence-and-resilience foundation. Their language, examples and invitations to practise are tailored to different stages of growing up.

In Allison's own words

A personal introduction, when it is ready.

We are preparing a short film from Allison about the heart of the experience. It is not available to watch yet.

Film in preparation

A note from Allison is on its way.

Allison is preparing a short introduction to the thinking behind Empress Rising. The finished film will be shared here when it is ready.

Until then, you can meet Allison and read the Care Standard in your own time.

Meet Allison

Parent partnership

Beside her, not over her shoulder.

Families can bring warmth, curiosity and steady conversation into the experience. The public guidance is there to help you support her growth while giving her room to make the learning her own.

Care and choice

Support should be clear about its limits.

Empress Rising offers psychology-informed education and practical guidance, not therapy, diagnosis or crisis care. A trusted adult or qualified professional matters when a girl needs more support.

Read our Care Standard to understand the boundaries and where to turn for urgent help.

If you need help finding the right next step to access the program, use access help.

Optional private mentoring can be explored separately; an enquiry does not guarantee a place or an available session.

Your next step
