Privacy is the default
Students keep their journal, reflections, mood check-ins, and private toolkit private. Parents see programme progress and intentionally shared materials, not a daughter’s inner world.

The programme is built for small, supportive moments of connection, not endless feeds, popularity contests, or pressure to perform.

Parents receive practical language, weekly context, and useful support actions without being asked to monitor every part of the journey.
